Replacement Policy


If for some reasons, you seem to be unsatisfied or disagreement with any of the product taken from the company, such return and replacement is subjected to the following terms and conditions. Please note, the following features apply to the customers in India as well as abroad also.

7 Days Replacement Policy

Discontinue the services except gold coin, to the company within 7 days from the date of delivery of the services, under the 7 days exchange policy and buy any new product of your choice.

The amount of the product being exchanged should not exceed Rs.10,000/- in case of Jewelry and 50,000/- in case of premium services.

Astrological advices and solutions which includes personalized/engraved products and services manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions from Customer is not eligible for 7 days termination.

Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.

Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by any astrologer other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 7 days termination. You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products within the 7 Day Exchange policy.

Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 7 Day Exchange period.

The exchange amount will be 100% of actual amount paid for the service. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old service, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.

In case of a refund on a 7 days exchange, payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer's account within 10 days of termination of the services.
