Moon is exactly rising over the ascendant and hence considered as powerful ruling planet. The ascendant star Lord Rahu is posited in the same star where Jupiter is also transiting. Therefore Jupiter can also be resumed as ruling planet for the moment. Mars is posited in Libra in Rahu star and Venus sub division identical with the ascendant in Gemini. Therefore Mars will also have influence over ascendant and hence considered as ruling planet! Hence the finalised list of ruling planets is Rahu, Mercury, Kethu, Mars, Venus and Jupiter.<\/p>\n

We have to pick a contestant having common ruling planets between the number and the moment of judgement. For instance Mandana Karimi has Mars-kethu-Saturn as co-rulers of her number. But we do not find Saturn in the list of ruling planets and hence Karimi may not be the winner.<\/p>\n
